Pelonkey connected every stage of the Koons holiday celebration, from custom digital invitations, RSVPify guest management, and staffed check-in to a red-carpet greeter, four paparazzi, elevated holiday dancers, a winter violinist, rentals, décor, an immersive slow-motion photo booth, and a 20-foot by 20-foot interactive LED dance floor. One accountable partner reduced the internal workload and carried a cohesive experience from invitation through after-party.

The Challenge
Koons Automotive sought to overhaul its traditional corporate holiday gathering into a polished, fully branded experience. Pelonkey’s role was expanded to take full ownership of the end-to-end guest lifecycle—from initial digital touchpoints to final guest departure.
