From the first creative concept to the final curtain call, every dimension of your event is managed end to end by Pelonkey. You bring the vision and the occasion. We handle everything else.

What you bring. What we handle from there.

Full Event Production is not event management with entertainment added. It is a single, integrated engagement — with one creative vision, one point of contact, and one team accountable for every dimension of the experience.

You will never be standing in a corner making calls on the day. That is our job.

You Bring

The vision, the audience, and the occasion.

We Handle

Everything else.

Behind every seamless event is a production team you never see.

Venue transformations. Stage builds. Backstage coordination. Technical runs. The parts guests never notice — because Pelonkey made sure they didn’t have to.

Seven dimensions of the experience. One team accountable for all of them.

In a Full Event Production engagement, Pelonkey holds accountability for every element that shapes how guests experience the event — from the creative concept through to the moment they leave. Nothing is delegated without our oversight.

01

Creative Direction

The central concept, theme, and creative vision — developed by Pelonkey and carried through every element of the event. The idea that makes everything else coherent.

02

Event Planning

Timeline, run-of-show, vendor coordination, venue management, and the hundreds of operational decisions that determine whether an event flows or falters.

03

Entertainment Curation

Talent selected to serve the creative concept — not chosen from a standard roster. Every performer, musician, DJ, or specialty act is curated for how they contribute to the full experience.

04

Logistics Management

Venue coordination, transportation, scheduling, vendor onboarding, technical requirements, and every operational detail that happens behind the scenes — so it feels effortless in front of them.

05

Production Management

Technical production, staging, lighting, audio, and the physical infrastructure of the event — directed with the same creative intention as every other element. Production that serves the experience, not the other way around.

06

Guest Experience Design

The full arc of what guests encounter — arrival, flow, peak moments, atmosphere, pace, and departure. Designed with the same creative intention as the entertainment itself. Nothing left to default.

07

On-Site Execution

Pelonkey is on the ground — managing the day, calling the cues, handling the unexpected, and ensuring every element of the production executes exactly as designed. You attend the event as a host, not an operator.

Full Event Production

You want to hand the keys to someone deeply capable.

Short answers to the questions most clients ask first.

How involved do I need to be once production begins?

Involved enough to make key creative decisions — not enough to feel like you are managing the project. We structure the engagement around scheduled milestone touchpoints: the initial brief, creative review, scope approval, and pre-event confirmation. Between those, Pelonkey holds accountability so you can stay focused on your other work. The day itself should require nothing from you beyond being the host.

Pelonkey handles it. That is the entire point of having a production team on-site. Every production is built with contingency planning — backup options for critical elements, established protocols for common issues, and a team that has been doing this for 20+ years with the experience to solve problems before guests notice them. You will never be standing in a corner making calls. That is our job.

For large-scale productions — major conferences, destination events, multi-day programs — a minimum of 12–16 weeks gives us the time to develop the concept properly and secure the right entertainment and vendors. Smaller corporate events can often be produced in 6–8 weeks. We will tell you honestly if a timeline is too short to do the event justice — and we will never take a brief we cannot execute at the standard this service demands.

Yes — and for clients who are not sure of their creative direction, beginning with a Creative Partnership is often the smarter path. It gives us the time to develop the concept fully before committing to production scope and investment. Many Full Event Production engagements begin as Creative Partnerships. The creative work developed in that phase then forms the foundation of the full production brief.
