For approximately 200 guests, Pelonkey created a complete New Year’s Eve masquerade journey—from guest masks, red-carpet and champagne-skirt greeters to live music, DJs, instrumentalists, ballroom and go-go dancers, atmospheric aerialists, and custom costuming. Pelonkey managed the creative ideas, talent procurement, travel, logistics, costuming, and on-site entertainment, culminating in a live three-aerialist midnight ball drop.

The Challenge

Playa Grande Beach Club sought to transform its annual New Year’s Eve celebration into an immersive, multi-phase masquerade experience for 200 high-profile guests. The objective was to design a seamless narrative arc that naturally elevated energy from intimate dinner service to a high-voltage midnight spectacle.

  • Phase 01

Arrival & Dinner Service

Guests were welcomed via a theatrical red-carpet entry that established the masquerade world before a single word was spoken. Acoustic Latin jazz, roaming vocal performers, and atmospheric service talent set the tone for everything that followed.

Midnight Countdown & After-Party

The energy transitioned into a mainstage live band followed by a high-tempo DJ set. The midnight climax featured LED performers, roaming percussionists, and a custom aerial “ball drop” synchronized over the crowd.
