In a Full Event Production engagement, Pelonkey holds accountability for every element that shapes how guests experience the event — from the creative concept through to the moment they leave. Nothing is delegated without our oversight.

Most entertainment vendors start with a roster. We start with a different question: what do you want the people in that room to feel? That question drives everything — the concept, the entertainment, the guest journey, the atmosphere. The execution follows from the answer.

02 The concept is the product not a precursor to it.

A Creative Partnership with Pelonkey produces a complete creative picture of your event before a single element is confirmed. Concept direction, guest journey mapping, mood and atmosphere frameworks, presentation materials — fully developed and delivered to you. The thinking is the deliverable.

03 Entertainment Curation

The creative work belongs to you. Some clients take the concept and execute with their own team or existing vendors. Others bring Pelonkey in to produce the full event. Either way, you leave the Creative Partnership with a fully formed creative vision — not just ideas on a call.

What does a Creative Partnership actually produce at the end?

You receive a complete creative package: a concept document, guest journey map, mood and visual direction, a designed creative presentation, and a creative framework. If you add the Execution Guide, you also receive a production-ready translation of the concept into practical guidance. Everything is formatted to be shared internally and with any co-producing partners.

Do I need a brief or a concept before I come to you?

No. You do not need a brief, a concept, or even a clear idea. The most productive Creative Partnerships begin with a feeling and a date. We will ask you the right questions in Discovery and build the creative picture from there. If you do have an existing brief or direction, we work with it.

Can I use the creative concept without Pelonkey producing the event?

Yes. The creative work belongs to you. You can take the concept and produce the event with your own team, existing vendor relationships, or any other production partner. There is no obligation to continue to Full Event Production. Many clients use Pelonkey for the creative phase and produce independently — and that is completely by design.

How long does the Creative Partnership process take?

The core creative process — Discovery through Presentation — typically takes two to four weeks depending on event complexity and client availability for the Discovery conversation. Refinement and the Execution Guide are additional phases that extend the timeline accordingly. For events with tight timelines, we discuss a compressed process during the initial call.
